OUR SERVICES
For LHM's calibration lab, service is a top priority. Our aim is to take the burden off you as much as possible and save you time with your calibrations.
We offer services from A to Z, our customer service team is always on hand to organise everything from transport to full calibration management.
Rush calibrations
In the calibration world, lead time is king. We know that not having access to your equipment for an extended period of time is just unacceptable. Our goal for turnaround time at the LHM Instrumentation calibration lab is calibration within seven working days or less. This is not always fast enough for some customers, which is why we also offer rush calibration services.
You can choose from following rush calibrations:
- Same-day service: with a surcharge of € 90 per calibration
- Next-day service: with a surcharge of € 70 per calibration
- We schedule rush calibration services upon request, but make sure you request it in advance.
- We always need all details such as make, model, serial number, and description prior to pick-up, drop-off or shipment of your equipment.
Comment
We do not offer emergency calibrations for equipment for which a procedure is not yet available. Not all devices are suitable for emergency calibrations. Some instruments need to stabilise in a conditioned room before calibration.
Transport
LHM Instrumentation owns its own vans for collecting and delivering back the devices to be calibrated from clients throughout Belgium and the Netherlands. This way, every instrument is carefully handled by our own people, saving you the time and work of shipping it yourself.
When you return your equipment, there is always a detailed packing slip that you can check to ensure that all necessary items are back in your possession.
Should your equipment need to be calibrated or repaired at another laboratory, we also provide the necessary transport. To protect your precious investment, we pack all equipment with care and in appropriate packaging.
